The date stamp on work item is incorrect

I am using RTC 4.0.0.1 the date on work item is incorrect, I have checked the date on the application server it is correct but if i open old work item the creation date and resolved date are in incorrect. All users are experiencing same problem.

What do you mean with 'incorrect' wrong date? Wrong Format?
