failure to login admin console

Registration to jazz.net enables you to read articles, download trial versions of jazz softwares, access forums, etc.
However, you will not have access to the admin console of jazz.net as it is managed by the Jazz admin team.
If you are referring jazz admin console to the RQM installation on your local machine, you may try to login using below credentials:
User name: ADMIN
Password: ADMIN

Nobody will be able to help, if you don't start to provide minimal information on what you are trying to do.
Local install? Version? What you installed? App server, database,.....
From the error you are getting for whatever you try it appears that the setup of the JTS has failed and can't provide the authentication service. This can have infinitive numbers of reasons. I would suggest to try to open the JTS diagnostics page, check the setup documentation again and potentially reinstall or rerun the setup. You could look into the logs (For Tomcat they are in server/logs). To see the cause of the issue.
