64 bit Ubuntu

I'm running 64 bit Ubuntu 8.04 (Hardy). Unzipping the RTC-Client-1.0-Linux.zip image and running TeamConcert gives me an Eclipse window whose title is "Resource -" and has a generic application icon in the upper left corner. Additionally, there is no "Work Items" perspective available.

So is this expected behavior? Is Ubuntu or 64 bit unsupported?

I answered my own question. Apparently RTC cares about the directory from which you launch the executable. It has to be launched from the directory that contains the TeamConcert file.
