RTC Query to fetch all ChangeSet in child

I have a very urgent requirement. My project setup is as follows:
My requirement is fetch all change sets in Work Item Type 3 using query by filtering attribute from Work Item Type 1 Is there any way to generate this by query or report? I would really appreciate any help on this |
