[closed] RM Upgrade Error

When I am going to upgrade the rm i get this error

Did this question ever get addressed? All I see is @Ralph Schoon scolding thew user and asking for log files. Did log files ever get supplied? Did a PMR get created? What is the status.

Only asking so I don't have to log another questions :-)

Can you please avoid posting the same question again and again? You can comment like above to bump it up.

With respect to your problem, I would suggest to open a PMR with support, so that they can have a look into the logs. The information above is probably not enough to solve the issue. What concerns me is the IP address in the error message above. This could be related to a bad setup or maybe to bad settings in the registration/friends relationships.

No problem. The issue you are seeing is hard to find. I would suggest to open a PMR with support. In addition, have you looked at the application logs that you can find in (Tomcat) JazzTeamServer/Server/logs?

Refresh your browser, and try the operation again. If the problem persists, there might be an issue with the server. Ask your administrator to check the server status.

Thank you Ralph & Laura for helping me 


but I am using web sphere application server  7.0.17 and Database is SQL Server 2008 .

I have done lots of steps like re install CLM again configure.
My CCM and QM migrated and working fine. In RM up gradation offline done but online 
migration step still stuck. 
some time i get error in database also but that disappear later  .
and also check in different browser.

Please contact support. Without a lot more information from the log files and potentially the background of support we won't fix this isssue.
