MS-SCCI Adaptor for currently CLM2012 Version? I need the download and instructions

I found some documentation in the library, it has some instructions, but doesn't tell you where to get the download from? I also found in instruction here:

You can find it on the download pages, all downloads. For example (4.0.0.1):
