MS-SCCI Adaptor for currently CLM2012 Version? I need the download and instructions

I found some documentation in the library, it has some instructions, but doesn't tell you where to get the download from?  I also found in instruction here:

which is great, but I need the download? 

anyone tried this with the Unisys AB platform??

You can find it on the download pages, all downloads. For example (4.0.0.1):

https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.0.1?p=allDownloads

Search for MSSCCI (Web Installer) or Microsoft to find "RTC Integration with Microsoft Source Code Control Interface"

I am not sure what Unisys AB runs as an OS. The system requirements are here: https://jazz.net/library/article/811

do you mean the download called:

RTC-scmTools-Win64-4.0.0.1.zip (57.79 MB)

way down at the end of the page are ZIP downloads for SCM Tools, that's the only thing I can see that might be what I need?  Is the Windows download the MS-SCCI stuff??
