Hi,

I'm Trying to download RTC 4. I accept the license, and click download...
and it redirects me back to another page instead of starting the download.
It loops, and never lets me download.

Looks like the RTC download screens are broken...

Frank, if you could provide a better description which selection you did (for example add a screenshot) we could check against what we see.

It seems that the problem also occurs with RRDI. 
While trying to download any version of RRDI, the Website shows:
Your download should begin in a moment ... If it doesn't, please click RRDI-repo-Win32-2.0.0.1.zip. 
If your download does not complete or has other issues, see our download tips.

But when we click on RRDI-repo-Win32-2.0.0.1.zip, nothing happens.

Something seems to be odd with the server. I can see that. I created https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Community%20Feedback#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=75810

We had the problem with our download server. It's been fixed now. Your downloads should work now.
