scm show status on unloaded repoWS

SCM help and help documents always require "-d" option for "show status".
But I want to run "show status" on a "not loaded repository workspace".

Same like already available in Eclipse UI.

Here I don't need to load a "repoWS" to "change flow targets" and "deliver and accept changes".

Note: The work is nevertheless done on a jenkins farm - so why should I bother "moving files on my local drive".

This page is either not publically accessible or not allowed "within my company". Can you create a "public enhancement"?
