Review feature in RTC - how to prevent self-review process?

Hi,

Before I can deliver a change set from my repository workshape I can associate the change set to a work item and choose a reviewer. But how to make a developer from not picking himself/herself as the reviewer? For e.g., I can make myself as the reviewer and review the code (change set) and deliver the change set. Hot to avoid this condition? Please let me know.

Thanks
Theju

Not really an answer and I am not preempting the Jazz team but this seems to be a process/audit problem. There are cases wherein self-review will be applicable, like in our case I am the only build container resource (JBE/Ant/etc.) so there is nobody else who has the "credentials" to review my work. I can submit it to other leads for review or approval but those are basically token actions.

For the development side, we have a precondition for an "Architect Approval" and only two persons have that role. Any work that will be delivered to the integration stream will need to go through them so they essentially serves as gateways for devs who would want to sneak in work that is not peer reviewed or tested. Not that our people would do anything like that ;)

ciao!
