We would like to implement the precondition to require a minimum of 1 approval for a tasks ONLY when a specific value is set in the form.  We have a custom field in the task called skillset which includes values like development, analysis, SIT, UAT, etc...  We would like to require approval only for Analysis and SIT tasks and not require them for other types of tasks.  How can this be accomplished?

Hi Suzanne,
I don't know of a built in precondition that will meet your needs.  There is a built in precondition "Require Work Item Approval," but you can only customize the type of approval and what role should approve the work item.  You may want to create your own custom precondition:  https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/PreconditionFollowupCreation.
