Query on Server rename in RQM 4 0
RQM 4.0 allows to server renaming. This is one of the feature is released in CLM4.0. I was going theough CLM help and it is mentioned that to server rename we need to get file from IBM Support team. Can you please let mek now what is process to get this support file? Do we have to raise PMR tp get Support file?

Yes, please create a PMR and get in touch with IBM support.

To enable server rename you must obtain a feature key file from IBM Software Support. When contacting IBM support, please mention that you are requesting a "Server Rename Feature Key File".
