RRC Graphical Editor Browser support is 32-bit mode and on Windows only. Is this true? Doesn't this work on Linux?
Environment Details:
Jazz 4.0
RH Linux: 6
Windows 7
FF 10 ESR
IE 9

I am trying to edit sketches and able to add all other items(containers/menu/button, etc) other than already created images/parts/sketches. I am working with IBM on this and all of a sudden, they come back and say "RRC Graphical Editor Browser support is 32-bit mode and on Windows only". Just wanted to check if anyone else have come across this issue?

Thanks,
Suresh

That is already documented on Browser Support Notes, RRC Graphical Editor is just supported for Windows and browsers IE8, IE9 and Firefox ESR.

Another version browser is not supported for RRC Graphical Editor.

I just checked the support notes. The latest update is from February 6th 2013.

According to those notes, neither Windows 8 nor IE 10 is supported.
I was given a company laptop with that configuration.
Can anyone tell me if these are not supported simply because they have not been certified yet, or are there known issues ?
I am asking because of course, I can't get the graphical editor plugin to work.
