Hi,
I do not see any burndown reports on RTC.
What could be the reason?
I checked with Snapshot, its been updated regularly.

Can you clarify the question? Do you see no data, don't you find the burn-down viewlets?

This is typically due to an issue with the configuration of the project or the work item categories. Some possible reasons:
  • The burn down reports are collecting data for team areas, if no work items are associated to team areas, there is no date. In the Scrum template story work items have story points. Check if there are story work items on iteration plans for a team and iteration. Are any closed?
  • If using a custom process make sure to configure the planning section in the process to a valid complexity attribute.
  • Check the categories, if they file against teams.
