JAZZ DEVELOPER
Using RTC 3.0.1, I customized my Project Area so as to use Role Based Value Sets.
For the same work item type, I have a couple of attributes using various Role Based Value Sets,
I have defined a lot of groups and I have thousands of users defined to my server.

Issue: opening or creating a work item is excessively slow using the WebUI

If this a bug?

Yes - this performance issue with Role Based Value Sets was identified on jazz.net with defect [Performance] Role Based Value Sets are Slow when there are lots of users (202501)
