Hi,

i installed Rational Developer for i V9.6. This Software is based on Eclipse 4.6. Our Company uses RTC for Development, but it is not possible to use the new RDi 9.6 and RTC.
We need to use the "old" RDi 9.5.1.2

Is there an date or info about a Eclipse 4.6 compatible Version ?
THX.

I believe the first RTC release that supports Eclipse 4.6 is RTC 6.0.3

You can get this kind of information from: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMSystemRequirements603
(Click on "RTC", and in the Software Product Compatibility Report, select the Prerequisites tab, and scroll down to "Eclipse Runtime Environment".

I would install the P2 repository. I have installed 6,0.3 with Eclipse 4.6

I have no experience with RDi, but I have seen that in the past with other products: Please make sure that RTC is not already installed as you can not install over it. If using IBM Installation Manager make sure there is not already an RTC package selected. This is especially important to be able to install other versions of RTC beyond what is shipped.
