500 Internal Server Error while downloading from jazz.net ALL THE TIME !

Im trying to download a client from JAZZ.net site but, since October 22, i got "
500 Internal Server Error while downloading from jazz.net" The link i was trying to download is: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/3.0iFix1/JTS-CCM-With-Trial-Licenses-repo-3.0iFix1.zip
Please help !

We're dealing with a bug in our download mechanism and trying to get on top of it. It is running now, but thanks for reporting!
Please tag questions about jazz.net with "jazz.net" so we are more likely to see these issues.

I just tried the link you posted, and I was able to successfully start the download. Are you still seeing the error? |
