Which interface should implement if I want to run precondition on project/team area save operation?

Hi all ,

I already implemented the code which extends AbstractService and implements IOperationAdvisor but my plugin does not shown in the precondition list of process(team area save) operation. I also checked with permissions which I have.

Please suggest the solution
