PTC (MKS) Integrity to RRC Migration

Hey everyone,
does anybody have an experience with requirements migration from PTC (MKS) Integrity alm solution to RRC? Is it possible to use ReqIF interchange format? Any other solutions/ideas?

It seems that the best solution is to use Requirements Interchange Format (ReqIF/RIF) to export requirements from Integrity and import them into RRC.
