I got this error when trying to get server information "Fetching server information..."., please advice.

Ossama, is this a question? If so, if you really expect an answer, you should spend some time in providing essential information such as: Version numbers, Client, Environent etc. Maybe provide a screenshot. Otherwise no one will be able to answer. There are also logs that you could check and that might be able to provide some insight.
