I want to create a report that I can use for planning. This report/query/plan, must show for each team member the task allocation, vacation, leave and availability. Based on this report I should allocate the tasks to the persons available in the next week, month...
How can I create this report that I want to use for planning?

Nicoleta, If you don't want to mention the product (and the version) in the question, you should at least select the product when filing the question, so that it can be tagged properly.

I am assuming you talk about RTC. Are you?

RTC has a planning component, that uses the information you mention. However, I am not aware that all the information you request can be exposed in a query or other out of the box means to export the data.
