Is it possible to compare Current and Planned snapshots of a cross project plan in RTC?

I have a Planned and Current snapshot taken of a cross project plan. I have also cheked off the Current and Planned checkboxes for the the Accumulated Time column in the Project Schedule view but I cannot see the visual compare of the Current to Proposed in the gantt. (FYI: The links types in the cross project plan have "Tracks" links down to the children projects work items, using a tradintional RTC project template).
