Hi, We recently upgraded to CLM 4001 and are having issues uploading project templates in RM (Manage Project Properties > Templates > Project Templates > Upload Template). Two errors appear separately. The most common one is the first one listed below. However at other times, the second one appears.

Any help on the below errors, would be greatly appreciated...

I installed Firebug, and the main errors are in the Firebug console are:
