Issue printing process diagrams post upgrade to v6.0.2

We have recently upgraded from CLM v4.0.5 to CLM v6.0.2.

Since this upgrade we are having issues being able to print process diagram artifacts that were created in v4.0.5, we export the diagrams to either word or PDF but the word or PDF is blank, with only the process diagram artifact comments, title and attributes available.

Has anyone else experienced or is experiencing this that can offer any advice?  Printing the process diagrams is a key service we offer to our stakeholders without access to CLM.
