Is anyone/everyone on this thread using FireFox 14 when this problem is seen? If so, this browser version is not yet supported and there is a work item filed for it. You should be able to avoid the error by using a supported browser (ie - FF10 ESR, IE8).

I have not seen this error before.
If you go back to the original user who created the Review does it open without any problems? Or is the review corrupt? If it works with the original review does the new user performing the review have the appropriate licences, project membership and role - contributer as a minimum?
I notice in the log that the URL shows localhost are you really using localhost in the setup for the project or is this just the log?
In the past there have been problems with using localhost for the hostname. If so I would recommend using a different host name, for my local install I use

Having the same issue as well.. using the fully qualified name in the public URL. This happened after deleting an artifact that was under review but the review had not been completed.
