When i reset the server , Iam getting the error , please suggest your feedbacks

java.lang.IllegalStateException: No OSGi service was found with the registered name com.ibm.team.jfs.app.config.IConfigurationPropertiesService

Is that the only error in the log? Is that the full error?

Also, I'll just note here that this and https://jazz.net/forum/questions/90746/failed-to-register-osgi-services-for-descriptor look to be the same.

How were you able to solve this?  I have the same error showing up when I go to the admin web page after starting service.
