CRJAZ1112I Failed to register OSGi services for descriptor: ServiceProviderElementDescriptor@288e288e, implementationClass="com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.xdomain.DynamicProxyFrameService", bundle="com.ibm.team.repository.service", componentId="com.ibm.team.repository", startPolicy=<EARLY>.
java.lang.IllegalStateException: No OSGi service was found with the registered name com.ibm.team.jfs.app.config.IConfigurationPropertiesService

Please help me to interpret it and guide solution for this issue
