Large string attribute type gets truncated during ETL

Hi All,
           I have a large string attribute. Entered data for it in 1 workitem. But when i run the ETL Job and see the backend insight database, only half of its content is retrieved. Why is it so? How to resolve this?

in the XML Data Configuration tool, when you create a data mapping table, and specify the Table Column name, XPath, SQL Type, Length, etc. please make sure the Length is set to the number you are expecting.
