Reconcile requirements in RQM !

Hello,
We have integrated DOORS 9.4 with RQM 4.0. We know that to find suspect link on test cases we need to run the reconcile option provided in Requirement Collection links of test plan / test case. Is there any way that can we automate running of reconcile process say about every 5-10 mins ? using some method / Reportable REST ?
