Yes you can still get it from the server installation location :
     server\conf\ccm\sites\rtc-commons-update-site\plugins\

The specific file that has all the .rptdesign files is named :
     com.ibm.team.examples.reports.common_3.1.800.v20140706_1427.jar

the version number in the above jar file name would vary as per the installed version of RTC.

You can then use any file extractor to extract the contents and see the rpt design files.
