How to pass external XML data file path as parameter in BIRT

I am using BIRT 2.6.3 version and RTC 4.0.4 version. For one of my report I am using XML Data Source to read values from xml file which is stored in webserver. How can I pass xml file URL dynamically as parameter to BIRT report to fetch values?
