JTS server is not running even if jts.war is deployed properly
![]() After restarting our WebSphere server, the application server as well as all the enterprise application servers have also been started. But when i tried to login to jts site https://ideazz-rtc.in.telstra.com.au:9443/jts/admin, it's not allowing me to login. I logged in to the RTC server and run the repotools command to check if the server is running, im getting the error below:
[rationaladmin@lxapp8053 server]$ ./repotools-jts.sh isServerRunning
CRJAZ1363I Loading the configuration from "file:conf/jts/teamserver.properties".
Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue? |

Please check the server logs see http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0/topic/com.ibm.rational.clm.doc/topics/c_logfiles_loc.html . There are various reasons why the server might be not running, including deployment issues.
