My Stuff showing no work items for some users

We just upgraded to RTC 6.0.2 and some users do not see any work items under My Stuff -> My Work despite having multiple work items assigned to the users across multiple projects. I believe the issue is that any user that has a mixed-case username does not have their queries in My Stuff populated. Has anyone else seen this before that can confirm that it is the mixed-case username that is the issue? Any thoughts on a solution or workaround?

I think it is a good idea to open a PMR/Defect with support, Chris. I don't think it is very likely that anyone can come up with a resolution.
