Bulk state change of Test cases and Bulk Association of Requirements

We have around 450 Test cases of which the state of the test case has to be changed.
Also we have to associate all these test cases with some reqpro Requirments.
When the test cases were created these requirements were not there in reqpro yet.

Is there a Bulk state change of Test cases and buk association of Requirements option available within RQM.

RQM version 3.0.1.3

For bulk update of test cases states, see http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0m1/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_change_multiple_category.html.

Unfortunately, there is no bulk association of requirements with test cases (see http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0m1/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_assoc_reqpro_reqs_tcs.html).
