Creating a WI attribute to Select Streams

Hi all,

Is it possible to create a custom WI attribute that will allow you to select from a feed of streams in another project area?  The use case is that Project Area 1 is designed to be a ticketing system for the CLM tools.  If a user has an issue with the tool, he will submit a WI in the "CLM Support" project area.  We would like to create a field where he can select the stream he is filing against from a list of streams in that users project area.  This would be similar to the Project Area attribute type, but for streams.
