Plain clmhelp.war for 4.0.6?

Hello,

for help deployment on the JTS Server I use the following approach on servers which have no INET connectivity. Download the latest clmhelp.war matching you CLM version from here:

http://download.boulder.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/rationalsdp/documentation/updatesites/

• stop server
• delete caches of Tomcat|WAS
• overwrite clmhelp.war
• restart server

Unfortunately for version 4.0.6 the plain clmhelp.war does not exists as it does for example for 4.0.5:
http://download.boulder.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/rationalsdp/documentation/updatesites/CLM4.0.5-all/clmhelp.war. Only the P2 update site for 4.0.6 exists, which can only be used with the help updater facility, which is difficult to setup on a server without direct INET connection.
Could we please provide the plain clmhelp.war for 4.0.6 in that way as well?
