API for connecting to jazz server

i am working with RRC  and i am storing my requirements . Now i want to connect to the server with .net 4.0 to get the requirements . can any1help me out how can i do that???

 The only API that RRC provides is OSLC. You can read the specifications here:  http://open-services.net/specifications/
