Rational Requirements Composer using OSLC to link an external URL to an artifact

I have used OSLC to link an artifact to an external URL through a standard link type.
The PUT statement went on fine and when I do a GET the XML also returns the link. However when I open the RM application and click on link I get this -

An error has occurred while processing a server request. The server returned this error code: 400.

com.ibm.rdm.fronting.server.exception.BadRequestException (More info found at entry [85024c5409a994e6] in the RM application server log)

Requirements Management/4.0.1

However this problem occurs only when I try to link complex URLs like http://gbsp0211.bcsdc.lexington.ibm.com:9080/ram/secure/loginProxy.faces?origin=/_rlvid.jsp.faces&_rap=!assetDetails&v=1.0&guid={64D0C970-60FA-E13B-99A4-82E584AB69EA}&_rvip=%2Fhome.jsp

Also I have cleaned the URL to remove '&' but still this does not work .
However this works fine for simpler URL's like http://www.google.com

Any Suggestions on the same?

Hello Samanwita,

Please open a defect and file it against Web Client/Links.  Also indicate the steps that you are using.  You mention OSLC above, but I think what you are doing is creating a link to an artifact from RRC, specify Link to Web option, and then provide external URL you indicate above?  Anyway, exact steps will be helpful.

Thanks.
