is RTC 4.0 compatible with Websphere 7.0.0.17 version?

I have RTC3.0.1 products installed under Websphere 7.0.0.17.

Can I keep same websphere version when I upgrade RTc from 3.0.1 to 4.0?

Looks like you need fixpack 23
And it needs to be a 64 bit version.

do you know if I can upgrade Websphere to fixpack 23 keeping RTC3.0.1 in 1rst step and later make a RTC4.0 upgrade?

I did some checking and it should be fine to upgrade WebSphere to fixpack 23 with RTC 3.0.1
