where do i start?
for someone who has just started looking at the need for something like Team Concert for our ALM, is there a 'Start here' demo or demo showing the basics you can point me to?

start the eclipse client. On the Help>Welcome are several tutorials. The online help also provides Tours and Tutorials in http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0/index.jsp. Similar the Product pages https://jazz.net/products/rational-team-concert/ provide several entry points to get an overview. |
