RTC 3.0.1.2 to 4.0 upgrade - still shows 3.x for CCM

After the upgrade, I still see 3.0.1.2 for CCM (as above) in the JTS/Registered Applications page. Why is this?

You can upgrade each app separately.
Please check RTC 4.0 information center, with upgrade interactive guide for detail upgrade steps. Other posibility: please check in IM to find out what version CCM app is currently installed. there is chance you installed both 3012 and 40 CCM app, while 3012 is connecting to the JTS server. (this happens when running on WAS) T M selected this answer as the correct answer
