Error when trying to create RTC Sandbox via web interface

When I attempt to create an RTC Sandbox via the web interface, I receive the following error
"An error occurred during project area creation. Please try again in a few minutes."

I have tried both Firefox and IE.

Please advise.

Hi Sung,

this is not enough information to be able to answer. Tool versions? Operating Systems involved, application servers in usage would be one thing. For Tomcat log data can be found in <server-install-folder>/server/logs .
