Can we record manul test script usin RQM 4.0 with tools like QTP other than RFT ?

Chandra, As Paul said, This integration is currently possible only with RFT. Thanks to the RFT's manual recording engine

No.  The manual script recorder requires integration with IBM Rational Functional Tester (see http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_using_amt.html).
