"Table Space Location" on RRDI2.0 setup

I'm doing setup for RRDI2.0.

Below is the environment.
CLM4.0
DB2 9.7
WAS 8.0.0.3

In the step of "Configure Content Store Database", there is a field "Table Space Location".
What value should I enter?
I tried the value "E:\tmp", but I got a following error.

CRRRA0084E: The table space location is not empty or does not exist. Please keep the table space location empty or create a the table space location with the execute, read and write authority for the database administrator and click "Validate".

I thought if the DB server is DB2, this location should be blank.
However, if I leave the field blank, "Validate" button is not enabled.

Could anyone let me know what value I should enter there?
