How to solve JFS Index error CRJZS5758E

Hi
I'm have installed my CLM 4.0 with db2 and it all seemed to be fine. But in the CCM Application site I got 2 erros.

JFS index and Background Task.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Try using repotools-ccm.bat -rebuildIndices teamserver.properties=C:/..../IBM/.../conf/ccm/teamserver.properties command to reindex the JFS indices. While

Beware of using this. Use the repotools-jts as mentioned in the error comment. I tried the above and it lost previous projects.
Having said that the repotools-jts comand did not get rid of the error but it is something I can live with.

-rebuildIndices doesn't rebuild the JFS indices. -reindex does.
