Hello,

I have IBM bluepages.com configured as the LDAP service for my Jazz Team server.. I can import many users, but for some users, I am not able to.. the error I am seeing from RTC client when try to import these users is: (Invalid user: This user has more than one user id.).. but I can find them from bluepages site.. any idea why? Thanks.

I believe Susan mapped userid to mail. User id must be mapped to a single valued attribute. On bluepages, userid must be mapped to preferredIdentity.

So to connect to Bluepages as your LDAP registry, specify this property in the "Setup User Registry" page of the Jazz Team Server Setup wizard as the following:

User Property Names Mapping: userid=preferredIdentity,name=cn,emailaddress=mail
