Want RAM to the "Registered Applications" along with the others in JTS?

Hi,
Is there a way to registered a RAM server as one of the applications (along with RTC, RQM, RRC) in a JTS server?

I was able to configure JTS and the RAM servers as friends. Now I would like to add RAM as "Registered application" (in /jts/admin)

The actual goal is creating a collaborative project lifecycle which could include RAM as one of the applications. The idea is to be able to establish links between Assets (in RAM) and RRC Artifacts (or RTC workitems) the way it happens today across JTS applications.

Is it possible?

Thanks in advance
Pietro

Yes... you need both RAM needs to be a JTS friend, but also, the JTS server needs to be a RAM friend for this to work well.  You can specify on the connection which provider to choose (say CM, or QM) - this is from the cross server communication page (from the Administrator link)

Assume you have done so.

On the RAM side, make sure to create an attribute of type Resource (say Planitems).
Have an asset type with that Attribute.

When you create/edit an asset with that type, the Planitem Attribute will allow you to link to artifacts from any of the friend servers you defined  (see more here).  These will be OSLC links, with compact rendering etc.
