In which cases does a user cannot see a community?

We have a community called "Cloud Computing Private Image Community".
All registered users are by default part of it,that is all users can see it when they open the ram home page but we just have one user who is not able to see it at all.
Even if he searches for the assets created in it by him he can't see them.

But the admin is able to see them.

7202 doesn't have any restrictions on who can see a community.

But after off-line discussions with Mr Kamat it was determined this specific RAM instance was an internally modified version of RAM and so users could be hidden in that case.
