 I am unable to run the Test Case Review OOB report in RQM 3.0.1 because my Test Plan Parameter is blank.  How can I fix this.

Usually this happens because the ETLs that populate the data warehouse haven't run.  In Application Administration -> Reports, check if there is an entry under Job History for Data Collection Job Status.  If there are none since the test plans were created, you'll need to run the data collection jobs one to populate the data warehouse.

 Hi Robert, please configure and run ETL jobs before running Test case Review report, since it's a data warehouse report, need to fetch data from data warehouse, if the data warehouse is not configured correctly or no ETL job is run before, there won't be any data found for the parameter. Hope this makes sense for you.
