Hi,
I'm trying to complete an RTC task, but it has a child task in an odd state, which is preventing the parent completing. The parent task is 11717, and it shows the following children, 
I don't know how https://jazz306.hursley.ibm.com:9443/ccm/resource/itemOid/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/_A2ho4MREEeGX1JYxiLNNdA came about and I cannot remove it: Is there anything you can do to get rid of it? regards, Sam Sultana |

Hi, Sam. That seems to be an internal IBM server that most folks reading this are not likely to be able to access. Unless you expect that your admin folks are reading this forum, you may want to contact them directly. And even if they are reading, this may not be the best place to post such issues.
