rqm import from 2.x to 3.x - missing data

Joe Wines (2643) | asked Jul 12 '12, 10:53 a.m.
Hi,

I have just completed a repotools import of RQM data from a 2.x installation to a 3.x installation. On first glance everything appeared to be imported (there were no errors in the import log) but if I scrutinise individual test cases, test scripts etc. I see that some of the data is inconsistent with what it was in the 2.x installation. For example, there are a few test cases that are at the wrong state, there are missing notes on some of the test scripts. It's very random.

Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any known issues that could relate to this?

Many thanks,
Joe

Are there errors in the export log?  I have see the occasional data problem but there is always an indication in one of the logs.

Hi Robert,

No, there are no errors in the export log... I know, it's baffling.....!
